Repairs
Our technicians will find the defective component(s) in your equipment. The part is then tested in one of our 65 test beds (actual machine tools or test fixtures designed with actual machine tool equipment). After passing a functionality test, it is burned in an appropriate amount of time to ensure the repair will perform under load. The unit is then processed through Quality Control; and, finally prepared for shipment.
Quality Repair You Can Count On
We do not have test beds for every item we’re asked to repair. Nonetheless, the utmost care is taken during the repair process to provide you with a quality repair you can count on. This includes appropriate and significant tests on the repaired unit.
