Omega Electronic Board Repair specializes in Mature Product Support for NC/CNC machinery. We also provide support for motion control and industrial printing equipment. Due to our vast experience with electronics, we always welcome any of your industrial electronic related equipment for evaluation.
All of Omega’s repairs and exchanges are backed by a 180-day warranty; or, we match the OEM’s warranty, whichever is longer.
Savings are significant with Omega! They range from a minimum 25%, to as much as 60% lower than the OEM’s pricing. If flat rate quotes are not available from the OEM, time and material quotes will be used instead.
Checkouts and Evaluations
Checkouts are provided for a nominal fee and waived if you elect to repair or exchange your part. Evaluations are free of charge.
Exchanges
We stock over 20,000 circuit boards, drives, power supplies, monitors, motors, encoders, and tape readers from over 30 OEM’s for exchange or sale.
Repairs
Our technicians will find the defective component(s) in your equipment. The part is then tested in one of our 65 test beds (actual machine tools or test fixtures designed with actual machine tool equipment). After passing a functionality test, it is dynamically tested an appropriate amount of time to ensure the repair will perform under a load.
