Electronic Support: Technical support from Omega’s staff is available by phone, fax, or email. You are always welcome to contact one of our engineers for a confirmation of your diagnosis, or to receive other possible solutions.
Service Call: Another option is on-site service. Our staff of field service engineers can travel to your factory to diagnose the problem. Whenever possible, they will take the boards necessary to resolve your problem that day.
